America refuses to remove troops from Iraq despite Parliament ruling

The US State Department has announced that they will not be removing any of their troops from Iraq and are instead sending a delegation to discuss the future of the American-Iraqi partnership. Iraq's parliament passed a non-binding resolution earlier this month calling for the removal of all foreign troops but this has seemingly been ignored.
