Bill Nye to sue Disney for punitive damages

Bill Nye, the man responsible for and popularised by his 1990's television show 'Bill Nye the Science Guy', is suing Disney for punitive damages. Nye claims Disney underreported the show's profits and gave him less money than he deserved. He is suing Disney for $28 million in punitive damages and the trial is expected to last 10 days.
