Brazil’s Education Minister will reward universities to restart teaching activities

Education Minister of Brazil, Abraham Weintraub said that he will reward universities that restart education activities in Brazil, despite growing coronavirus infections in the country. Abraham Weintraub came under the spotlight recently for his highly racist tweet about China.
