Convicted jihadist assaults on London Bridge, 2 dead

Usman Khan, a 28-year-old who was previously imprisoned for planning a terrorist attack along with several others, armed himself with a knife and assaulted pedestrians on London Bridge, leaving a man and a woman dead and another two injured from the wounds. Khan was apprehended by two passersby who defended themselves with a fire extinguisher and a narwhal tusk, before police arrived on the scene.

Israeli forces kill more Palestinian protesters as tensions continue to rise

Israeli forces have killed 4 Palestinian civilians in the last 24 hours as demonstrations keep popping up all over the region. Two were killed while protesting against the Israeli forces who were about to demolish the house of a Palestinian. Surveillance footage of the events showed some of the victims not even participating in the demonstration when they were killed.

Iraq police clash with protesters and raid protest site

The Iraqi security forces raided the main protest site in Baghdad after having violently clashed with the protesters. Many people were injured in these clashes as the security officials used live rounds and tear gas to disperse the crowd. The protesters were standing against the US presence in the country.
