Drugmakers to raise medicine prices in the US
Pharmaceutical giants such as Pfizer Inc and GlaxoSmithKline PLC are about to raise the prices of around 200 drugs in the US. The average increase seems to be around 5% as most companies have pledged to keep the increases below 10% due to a large amount of pressure from politicians.

Abbott Laboratories announced a new antibody test
Also on Wednesday, Abbott Laboratories announced it will launch a new antibody test although it does not have explicit FDA authorization. “We don’t even know if this test being favorable really demonstrates that you were safe or immune from subsequent coronavirus disease, so if anything, I fear that a positive test could give someone a false sense of safety,” CEO said.
