France to increase military presence in Africa to fight ISIS

France is now deploying 600 more troops to Africa to help the local governments fight off ISIS and other destabilizing forces. They already have 4,500 troops in the region but violence in the area has increased. The troops are also training local forces and equipping them to fight terrorism on their own.
