German court asked ECB to prove the proportionate bond buying program

The chairman of the German constitutional court Andreas Vosskuhle spoke on Tuesday at the Constitutional court in Karlsruhe, to give out the ruling about the European Central Bank's economic stimulus program for the Eurozone economy, the court said that ECB must clarify that the key bond-buying scheme to support the eurozone economy is "proportionate" or else Germany's Bundesbank central bank may no longer participate.
