Half of Americans won’t trust contact-tracing apps, new poll finds

Apple and Google have proposed a platform that would let everyone's smartphones become part of a massive national contact-tracing network. Overall, the poll indicates that only 41 percent of American adults have both the technological capacity and the will to use a contact-tracing app.
