Instex welcomes six new member countries
Fewed by - Muzammil Zafar
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden have become the newest members of the France-England-Germany backed Instex, a trading mechanism that allows European countries to trade with Iran without violating treaty agreements. The move comes as part of the European response to the Trump administration's withdrawal from the Iran deal in 2018, which was followed by a reinstatement of heavy sanctions on Iran.
