Organizers should allow all participants to share screens only when the host knows and fully trusts everyone in a meeting. Disable the Join Before Host setting so that organizers can control the meeting from its very start.

According to the data gathered by app analytics firm Sensor Tower, Zoom topped the list of the most downloaded non-gaming apps worldwide in April 2020. The video-conferencing app got a total of 131 million downloads in April. Sensor Tower’s report says “The countries with the most installs of the app during this period were India at 18.2%of its total downloads and the United States at 14.3%”.
