Southern Tier, Rochester and Finger Lakes region of New York to reopen on May 15

New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo said in a statement that some regions of the New York State are set to open businesses from May 15. Regions include Southern Tier, Rochester, and Finger Lakes. Cuomo reviewed each region in the state against the 7 key criteria outlined for areas to qualify for reopening. Some areas have met the threshold Monday, Cuomo said, but need to complete some logistical planning before Friday
