Stephen King's 'Carrie' to get show adaptation at FX
According to some insider information, FX is set to begin development of a show based off of Stephen King's 'Carrie' novel. The show does not have a script yet and the lead role will likely be played by a woman of color or a trans woman. Carrie has already been adapted a number of times in different forms.

Apple users can now finally buy/rent titles directly from the Amazon Prime Video app
Amazon has updated its IOS Prime Video app so that now apple users can make purchases directly from the app. Previously users had to make the purchase elsewhere, such as the Amazon website, before they could use the app to watch anything. Apple normally requires a 30% cut of all in-app purchases made on its platform but Amazon seems to have made a deal with them.
