USC announces free tuition for families earning less than $80,000

The University of Southern California has announced two significant changes in its financial aid policy designed to make college less expensive for families, with students coming from families earning less than 80,000 USD annually being granted free tuition, and the value of the family's house removed from calculations of a student's financial need.
