Weinstein accused of tempering with ankle bracelet, may have bail raised to $5 million

Harvey Weinstein has been accused of violating his bail conditions by tampering with his ankle bracelet and has been brought back to court. Prosecutors are asking for his bail to be raised from $1 to $5 million although defense attornies claim that there was no tampering and that the bracelet was just out of batteries.
