Airbnb has banned party houses as part of new safety guidelines

Airbnb has announced its new safety guidelines and has banned all party houses on the app. The decision came after a fatal shooting at one of these houses during Halloween earlier this year. They are also implementing stricter rules regarding guest complaints, even setting up a hotline for neighbors to register said complaints.
