The baby was born on Wednesday and was given the middle name Nicholas in honor of two doctors who treated Boris Johnson while he suffered from coronavirus last month. China issues warning to the UK over Hong Kong interference
China has issued a warning to the UK not to interfere with Hong Kong following the imposition by Beijing of a sweeping new national security law. Ambassador Liu Xiaoming said the UK's offer of a path to citizenship for up to three million Hong Kongers amounted to "gross interference".
