Brazil recorded 881 new deaths, its highest daily rise

Coronavirus cases are exploding in Brazil. The country has recorded its highest daily rise in the number of deaths from COIVD-19, health officials say. Brazil registered 881 new deaths on Tuesday. The total death toll now stands at 12,400. It comes after researchers said the first recorded coronavirus-related death in Brazil happened almost two months earlier than previously thought
