Cameroon jazz legend Manu Dibango dies due to coronavirus

The 86-year-old Cameroonian jazz and funk music legend Manu Dibango has passed away after being diagnosed with the coronavirus infection. Dibango passed away in a hospital in Paris, where he had lived since 1965. Dibango's greatest hit came in 1972 with the song Soul Makossa, with Michael Jackson's Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' taking heavy inspiration from the song, so much so that Dibango sued and won against Jackson.
