As the Chinese province of Hubei, where Wuhan city was the epicentre of the coronavirus pandemic that has now infected most countries in the world, lifted its lockdown on all cities except Wuhan, with life returning to normal in most parts of the country, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has urged the local administration to honestly report new COVID-19 cases instead of hiding them to maintain the zero new cases record.
