The rapid spread of COVID-19 has called for people to acquire health information, and adapt their behavior at a fast pace. Zarocostas J. (2020) states that COVID-19 has shown that low health literacy is an underestimated problem globally. For communicable diseases like COVID-19, the risk of becoming infected is dependent on other people’s compliance with the guidelines. Therefore, health literacy and social responsibility are fundamental to fight this pandemic
