Representative Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii has announced that she will be dropping out of the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. She was the last remaining woman still contending for the nomination and has now decided to endorse ex-Vice President Joe Biden instead of Bernie Sanders. She will return to Hawai and serve as a major in the Hawaii Army National Guard.
