Former UK consulate worker was tortured in China

Simon Cheng, a former worker of the UK's consulate has said that he was tortured in China and was accused of creating unrest in Hong Kong. He was detained for 15 days and kept hooded and handcuffed for almost the entire duration. The British government has said that his claims are credible and have asked the Chinese government to hold the perpetrators responsible.
