Gaming company Razer applies for online bank license in Singapore

In a surprising move, popular gaming company Razer has revealed that it is teaming up with several other firms, including mobile internet firm LinkSure Global and car-selling platform Carro, to apply for an online bank license in Singapore, supported by its financial technology department Razer Fintech, to introduce an online banking platform consistent with its brand image as a popular choice with millennials and the youth.
