Hong Kong police threaten to use live rounds on protesters
As clashes between police and student protesters continue at Polytech university in Hong Kong, the police have said that live rounds may be used to quell the riots. They have said that since police have been attacked by petrol bombs and arrows, they may need to use live rounds as a minimum necessary force. They have asked the students to evacuate the campus before the situation escalates.
