Indian economy struggling for survival

American credit rating and financial services company Moody’s downgraded India's sovereign credit rating for the first time in more than two decades following weak fiscal policies and historically low economic data. They also expect Indian GDP to shrink by 4% in the fiscal year 2021 after a significant impact of lockdowns on the manufacturing and services sector.
