Ireland elections result in a three-way draw

An exit poll for the results of Ireland's general elections has concluded that the three major political parties, the ruling Fine Gael Party under Prime Minister Leo Varadkar, the left-leaning Sinn Fein and the center-right party Fianna Fail, have all received 22 percent first preference votes each, leading to uncertainty about which party will eventually form the government.
