Man caught trying to run ISIS terrorist cell in American prison
Mohamed Ibrahim Ahmed, an Ethiopian national who was already in prison for terror offenses, was recently caught organizing an ISIS cell in the prison. He was training other prisoners to commit future terrorist attacks once they were released. Some of the prisoners were planning to travel abroad to join ISIS.
