Splash News and Picture Agency has declared a lawsuit against movie star Liam Hemsworth, claiming up to 150,000 USD in damages, after Hemsworth posted an image of himself on Instagram on the set of his new movie Isn't it Romantic. The picture in question was taken by the agency's photographer Janet Mayer, and the agency is claiming Hemsworth's public posting of the image constitutes unauthorized use.
