Microsoft is planning to announce the postponement of all 2020 events. Events are about to extend till July 2021 therefore this year they are planning to execute virtual and online conferences. Microsoft has taken this step due to the pandemic disease which is spreading rapidly all across.

Microsoft announced the permanent closure of its retail stores

Microsoft announced on Friday that it will permanently close its Microsoft Store retail locations. It will instead focus on its online store at Microsoft.com, where customers can go for support, sales, training, and more. Microsoft said its retail team members will help on the website instead of in store. It’s unclear if there will be layoffs. A Microsoft representative was not immediately available to comment
