A video featuring former US vice president and 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Jo Biden seemingly expressing racist sentiments is making the rounds on social media such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. The 19-second video is a misleading edit of Biden's speech in Derry, New Hampshire, and the Twitter user who popularized it is claiming it was meant for humorous purposes.
