Mobile World Congress canceled due to coronavirus outbreak
The Global System for Mobile Communications Association, GSMA for short, has canceled this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona due to rising alarm over the coronavirus outbreak. The MWC is the largest mobile trade show in the world and receives more than 200,000 attendees from all over the globe. GSMA was forced to cancel the event after major companies like Amazon, Facebook and LG pulled out of the event.
