Oil prices dip after Russia ends cooperation with OPEC

Russia and OPEC are no longer cooperating as Russia refused to support a reduction in the global oil supply. This has caused global oil prices to drop by a massive 10% and many fear this could cause another oil price crash like in 2014. Putin currently has no desire to fix the deal between the two parties.

Nine years later, it appears the city no longer lives up to that nickname. Workers are speaking out against the constitutional changes that would allow Putin to stay in office until 2036 amid growing frustration
