PhoneSoap helps users disinfect their phones amid coronavirus pandemic
Phone sanitization company PhoneSoap, which uses UV light to eliminate germs accumulated on users' phones, has recorded more than 20 times the orders it usually receives due to the coronavirus outbreak, though it is not yet clear if the PhoneSoap device kills the COVID-19 virus. The company has stated that it hopes the pandemic encourages people to be more mindful of phone hygiene in the future.
