Putin may end up ruling Russia until 2036
Russian President Vladimir Putin has opened the door for some constitutional changes that will allow him to stay in power until the year 2036. Without these changes, he would have to step down in 2024 after his fourth sequential term as President. The decision will be made via a nationwide vote.
