Russia and China have proposed reducing sanctions on North Korea
Russia and China have submitted a formal proposal to the United Nations to ease sanctions on North Korea. They have suggested allowing North Korea to export seafood and textiles in order to create more dialogue with the nuclear-armed state. Negotiations regarding the bill are to start on Tuesday and the US will still be able to veto the decision.
