Samsung has announced that it is going to invest up to $500 million to build a new smartphone display screen factory in India. The factory will reduce the company's costs in the country and will allow it to compete with Xiaomi, who are also expanding in India. Dehli has offered the company large tax benefits to incentivize expansion.
