Schreiber, convicted of murder, claims he concluded life sentence by dying briefly

Benjamin Schreiber, a man convicted of murder in 1996 and sentenced to life in prison, argued that he should be released from prison as he died briefly in a doctor's care. Schreiber's lawyers claimed that his 'death' should complete his life sentence. The judges rejected his appeal and sent him back to prison to serve his sentence.
