Snapchat vets political ads for misinformation says CEO

Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel chimed in on the recent controversy surrounding social media platforms airing political ads with factually incorrect content, stating that his company vets all political ads for factually incorrect content to prevent misinformation, unlike Facebook. Earlier, Facebook refused to take down a factually incorrect Trump campaign advertisement about Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, citing its belief in free speech and expression.
