South Korean leader calls for better relations with North, invites Kim Jong Un to capital

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has called for better relations with North Korea, even inviting North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to visit Seoul. North Korea has been feuding with the US and has thus also been rejecting all South Korean attempts at diplomacy. President Moon also suggested having a unified Korean team compete in this year's Olympics.
