SXSW cancels annual conference due to coronavirus fears

The iconic annual South by Southwest conference, also known as SXSW, which for many years has been a major event where tech companies, musicians and even social media startups gathered to share their stories, garnering an attendance of over 400,000 people, has been canceled by Steve Adler, the mayor of Austin, Texas, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
