The UK ranked one of the worst countries for respecting children’s rights

KidsRights Index released a report based on the data provided by the UN, the United Kingdom has been ranked as one of the worst countries in the world for respecting children's rights. The study covers a total of 182 nations, The KidsRights Index 2020 ranked the UK 169th out of 182 nations, behind Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Iraq. Ranked at the top were Iceland, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, and Germany
