Tories poised to win biggest election since Thatcher
Newest polls by YouGov predict a landslide victory for the UK's Conservative party in the upcoming elections, with a win in 359 out of 650 seats. This would mark the largest election win for the Tories since Margaret Thatcher's election in 1987. YouGov's model previously accurately forecast the election results in 2017 and has been developed by researchers from Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
