UK PM adviser forced to quit after publicly claiming black people had lower IQ's

Andrew Sabisky, a British advisor to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, has just resigned from his post after he faced severe backlash regarding some racist comments he made in 2014. He claimed in said comments that black people had lower IQ's and discussed the benefits of forced contraception. He resigned claiming he had become a 'distraction'.
