"Inside the Actors' Studio" host James Lipton dead at 93

The founder and host of the immensely popular Bravo series "Inside the Actors' Studio" and the iconic theater academic, James Lipton has died at the age of 93 due to bladder cancer, in his home in Manhattan. Since starting the show in 1994 as a way for his theater students to experience a masterclass from acting professionals, Lipton went on to win multiple Emmys for the Actors' Studio.
