Can Iraq face COVID-19 pandemic alone?

Developing countries, like Iraq, are not equipped with the resources to handle COVID-19 pandemic alone. Mikhael and Al-Jumaili (2020) state that limited testing and quarantine facilities and low levels of public awareness, coupled with the outdated public healthcare settings from the ongoing unrest, has made it difficult for Iraq to manage the outbreak alone. The study emphasizes the need for the international community and WHO to help.
