Representatives from Cyprus, Malta, Montenegro, and a few other countries gathered together in a London ballroom and offered 'golden passports' to the world's wealthiest individuals. These passports will be given in exchange for large investments. The EU has expressed security concerns regarding this scheme, saying that the EU cannot become a hub for dirty money and corruption.
