Cyber security firm SentinelOne reaches a billion dollar valuation

An endpoint security firm with roots in the Israeli cyber intelligence community, SentinelOne has successfully raised an additional 200 million USD in funding in a valuation that puts the company at 1.1 billion USD, up from a 500 million USD valuation earlier in the year. Co-founder and CEO Tomer Weingarten has stated that an IPO seems like the next logical choice for the rapidly growing startup.
