Hundreds of inactive Netflix accounts taken over by hackers
Netflix has been receiving a large number of complaints from ex-users who have had their old accounts broken into by hackers. Since the user's bank details are still available on the account, the hackers can watch for free as the original owner of the account is charged. So far Netflix has had a very lukewarm response to the complaints.

Twitter deletes 170,000 accounts linked to the Chinese Government
Twitter made an announcement on Thursday that it had deleted around 170,000 accounts tied to the Chinese government. Experts working with Twitter who reviewed the accounts said they pushed deceptive narratives around the Hong Kong protests, Covid-19, and other topics. The company said the accounts were "spreading geopolitical narratives favorable to the Communist Party of China" and were removed for violating its platform manipulation policies
