Irish border dispute may result in lawsuit againt UK government

Despite Ireland and the European Union's insistence that the impending Brexit will necessitate changes to the existing systems for trade across the Irish sea, prime minister Boris Johnon's Conservative government has been adamant that no new systems will be installed. The Institute for Government has warned that the dispute might lead to the UK government being sued in the European Court of Justice.
