Kojima considering sequel to "Death Stranding"

Hideo Kojima, creator of the Solid Snake game series who recently released his much-awaited new game Death Stranding, has revealed he is considering a sequel to the game. Kojima states he would like Norman Reedus involved again in Kojima's Death Stranding and also that he would cancel Silent Hill, but that the project would "start from zero".

A report by gaming news site Cinelinx has revealed that a sequel to the popular Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic game may be underway at EA, with the new game combining elements from the previous two games. Cinelinx reported that the game has been in development since 2015 but was put on the backburner by developers until recently.

Doom Eternal developers had to put in extremely long hours for months to complete the game

Doom Eternal, the sequel to the massively successful Doom reboot that came out a few years ago, will be released in March 2020 after having been delayed from November 2019. According to the game's executive producer, the project required most of the developers to put in insanely long hours for months at a time. This practice is known as 'crunch' and has become common in the industry.

Bossa Studios announces Surgeon Simulator sequel

The original Surgeon Simulator hit game was released in 2013, by indie developers Bossa Studios, building on a prototype made by an employee in just under 48 hours for the Global Game Jam competition. The company recently released a trailer for a sequel to Surgeon Simulator featuring multiplayer co-op supporting up to four players, which will be available on the Epic Games store in 2020.
